The EcoTarium’s beautiful 45-acre campus, situated near the heart of urban Worcester, provides an exciting array of programs and partnership opportunities that meet the diverse needs of strategic corporate philanthropy. The EcoTarium allows organizations and companies an exciting way to reach marketing goals and strengthen visibility within the community.
Public Access Programs $2,500
The Special Community Outreach Programs of the EcoTarium (SCOPE) is a collection of programs designed to promote inclusivity and accessibility. The program provides families, educational groups, and social services access to the museum’s unique educational resources.
Blue Star Program for Military Families $2,500
This program annually offers free admission to the nation’s active-duty military personnel and their families.
Environmental Stewardship $5,000
Smart, solar-powered, sensor-equipped waste & recycling stations will improve waste management and reduce litter. Branding opportunities for sponsors at each station location.
Norton Observatory Renovation $50,000
Renovation and restoration of the Norton Observatory will bring upgraded technology, telescope, and projection capability into the planetarium to inspire a new generation to reach for the stars.

Animal Ambassador Sponsorships
Renovating and relocating wildlife habitats within the museum grounds is key to connecting and educating visitors through modern habitats. The new wildlife hub of animal habitats and outdoor experiences will be located within the footprint of the current Nature Explore area.
Fox Habitat Relocation $100,000
The fox habitat relocation will set on the forest edge with a variety of vegetation, including grasses, shrubs, and understory trees with vegetation for feeding enrichment to stimulate natural behaviors.
Otter Habitat Relocation $250,000
The otter habitat and a new overlook will connect the tiered museum plaza with the rest of Wildlife Woods. A pond and stream meander through marshes, meadows, and shrub thickets.
Aviary Renovation $25,000
The aviary renovation will include the shade of the trees in the current ‘Nature Explore’ area, and a mesh structure encloses a large area next to the existing deck with multiple covered areas for high perching.
Raccoon Habitat Construction $100,000
This new raccoon habitat mesh enclosure flanks a stream play area for kids. This forested habitat includes high-branching trees and conifers, and understory. The forest floor is a natural substrate with leaf litter and conifer needles.
Opossum Habitat Construction $50,000
The new opossum habitat forest setting at current ‘Nature Explore’ is enclosed with a mesh structure. The landscape will be enhanced with understory trees for climbing and shrubs for cover.

Early Learning $1,000
The EcoTarium strives to foster a love and appreciation for science and nature in even our youngest guests. Our Early Learning programs engage curiosity and enjoyment of the natural world, building a foundation for science learning throughout their lives.
Astrophysical Speaker Series $1,000
EcoTarium welcomes experts to discuss current research in astronomy and astrophysics in the Alden Planetarium. The EcoTarium Astrophysical Speaker Series will give museum visitors a personal connection to local scientists who advance our knowledge of the cosmos.
Afternoon Astronomy $2,500
This twice-a-week public program allows museum guests to join us on Sundial Plaza to look through a telescope at the Moon or another planet or into the Alden Planetarium for an interactive guided tour of the evening sky!
Science Discovery $5,000
Daily, educator-led Science Discovery programs. Youth might engineer a tower, meet an animal, concoct a potion, find a hidden rainbow, crack a code, examine mysterious bones, or put their senses to the test!
Week of Camp $5,000
Support youth attending our camps who will build friendships, learn through hands-on science and nature activities, and discover through play and exploration of our museum an experience they won’t forget!
