EcoTarium Museum Will Host Free Admission Weekend in Effort to Give Back To Community

Worcester, Mass. – August 17, 2020 With the immediate and long-term impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic, the EcoTarium museum of science and nature will offer two days of free admission to first responders, teachers, military and veteran personnel, essential workers and their families, as well as the museum’s immediate neighbors who reside in the Worcester zip code 01604 on Saturday, August 22 and Sunday, August 23 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Advance tickets are required to hold a spot and can be coordinated by contacting EcoTarium guest services by email: reservations@ecotarium or by phone at 508-929-2700. Visitors will have access to experience the main museum building including the newest exhibit Amusement Park Science. Outdoors, guests will explore resident wildlife habitats such as Wild Cat Station, the river otters, red fox and Bald Eagles, scenic paths and trails around two ponds, and Nature Explore outdoor exhibit offering a large play space for children of all ages. This special free admission weekend event was made possible by the exclusive sponsorship of Metro by T-Mobile, a company that is well recognized for their superior community service in the greater Worcester region and beyond.
