Legends of the Northern Sky
For thousands of years, humanity has gazed at the stars in wonder in a search for understanding, truth, and insight. With that big canvas spread out before us, it is no wonder that the stars served as a foundation for exploring human nature, a mechanism for looking back at ourselves.
The Indigenous people of North America connected with the night sky in fundamental ways that resonated with their world. In Legends of the Northern Sky, we learn and appreciate their stories in the stars and in turn, learn a little bit more about the spirit that connects us all.

This show is available for group reservations!
Tickets: Tickets are available for purchase at the Information Desk on the Upper Level of the museum and are not included with general admission. Daily planetarium tickets cannot be purchased online. After purchasing a ticket upstairs, please arrive 5 minutes before showtime. Late arrivals may not be granted entry.
Non-members – $7.00 per person
Members – $6.00 per person
Children under 2 get in free!
Accessibility: Four spaces with adjacent companion seats are available for wheelchair users.
