With exhibits that are sure to engage your guests and outdoor space that allows for exploring, the options are endless. We can accommodate small group meetings to large social and corporate events. Our staff will work with you to make sure no detail is overlooked.

Indoors
Within the museum, your guests can enjoy three floors of hands-on exhibits, live animals and natural history objects to explore such topics as mountain weather, city engineering, and water habitats. Our staff will work with you to lay out your event among the exhibits for a truly unique experience.
The Hirsh Center (approximately 2,030 square feet) is a private room with multiple configurations available, including lecture-style seating and dining arrangements.
The Stoddard Exhibition Hall - new in September 2025 (approximately 6,400 square feet) - is an expansive exhibit hall with multiple configurations available, perfect for large social and corporate gatherings.
Outdoors
In addition to the grounds, trails and landscaping around two ponds, two courtyard spaces offer additional options for outdoor entertaining.

Booking Details
Available Dates
Events may be held Monday through Sunday before we open or after we close. Select Mondays are offered for exclusive use of the museum and grounds. Please have multiple dates in mind as your first choice may not be available.
In September 2025 we are opening an exciting new event space - The Stoddard Exhibition Hall.
Pricing
Rental prices are quoted upon request and are based on such factors as group size, duration, type of function, space requirements and the needs of the client.
Confirming Your Date
In order to confirm the event date, the client must sign and return the facility rental contract along with a deposit in the amount of 50% of the rental fees.
Hold Policy
A hold may be placed on one specific date for up to one month with the understanding that, should the date be requested by another client, the client holding the date will have 48 hours to complete their contract or release the date.
Vendors
The EcoTarium has a preferred vendor list that clients may select from for their event. Bars and bar set-ups are handled directly by the EcoTarium. The facility rental coordinator can provide a list of preferred vendors for other services.
