Earth Week: Eco Action!

Frog and Toad’s Greatest Hits
Ever wonder who’s croaking in the amphibian chorus? Step outside on a warm spring night and you might hear the low bass of the bullfrog, the piercing treble of the peeper, or the twang of the eastern spadefoot. We’ll learn who's who, and why their survival affects our own.
From Root to Fruit
Hungry for a bucket of seeds? What about steamed flowers with garlic sauce? Or maybe you know them as popcorn and broccoli? Quiz yourself on which foods come from which plant parts, and discover how a plant's features help it --and you-- to grow up strong!

Enroll in Vacation Week Camp

Looking for more time to explore? We offer camps where kids (grades 2-6) are immersed in hands-on science and nature activities alongside friends old and new. Each day explores a new camp-wide theme, so you can sign up for a day, or come all week!
